What to expect

Your VIP day consists of 2 half-day VIP days!

Day 1

Client Lifecycle Marketing Strategy Call
In this first meeting, we will create a detailed blueprint for your sales and marketing, outlining where you should focus your efforts in order to achieve your desired revenue goals for the upcoming 90-day period.

Sales Process & Automation Call
In the second half of day one, we will build your sales process system, which will include a form to capture the details of potential leads, allowing them to enter the sales process.

By the end of the day, you should have a system in place that will encompass the entire process of client attraction, conversion, and delivery of your offer.

Day 2

Lead Generation Process and Automation
On day two, we will map out your lead generation system, which includes your lead magnet and an email sequence that drives traffic to your offer by nurturing your new subscriber with your best content to get to know, like, and trust you.

VIP Wrap-Up Call
On this final call, we’ll tie together everything we’ve built together – your lead generation automation, your sales pipeline, your lead magnet, and your nuture series in order to you to feel comfortable with you to use them!

It is one day or two days?

Your VIP day is split into 2 1/2 day VIP days. This is to give us both a break in between to restore our energy so we can maximize our time together.
 

Do I need to use Keap Pro?

Yes. I believe that Keap Pro is the best CRM to use as it replaces 6 different tools. Email marketing, appointment calendar, invoicing, landing pages, SMS, business phone number, and more.
If you don’t already have Keap Pro, I can provide you with a discount on the software that includes more contacts.
 

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, you can split the payments into 2 parts. Your invoice must be paid in full prior to the start of your VIP day.
Are there any refunds?
Because this is a digital service and I’m devoting 8 hours to you, this service is not refundable. However, if you need additional support, you will get 6 additional months of support through my group program – The Automated Thought Leader.
 

How long are the calls?

Your calls are 2-3 hours each. (At least 2 hours, no more than 3). This will give us enough time to build together.
 

How will you get it all done in 2 days?

Once you book your VIP day, you’ll get an assessment form that my team will use to set up your Keap application and that I will use to prepare for your calls. I will have much of the work completed before your first call.
